OH DODD HPC Provider Annual Training List

In order to better server DODD clients, OH DODD requed all HPC provider must to finish 8 hours annaul training and send in certificate and documentation to keep in file.
This annaul training based on calebdar year. You can finish between Jan 1 to Dec 31. We request provider to do as early as possible to avoid any issue.
