We hire new providers

Sunshine, LLC is a mason-based in-home care company offering high quality care for special needs kids and their family. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated providers to do 1:1 home care in clients’ home (OH DODD client, government funding pay).

If you can give a special needs child the motivation, inspiration and encouragement care, contact us! We have flexible schedules, paid training, and caring atmosphere.

• Prefer before/after school time, evening time, weekend or intern work.
  (We can do 5 or more hours a week for school year or 35/40 hours a week in summer)
• Good pay rate: $18 - 21/hours.
• Work location: Client home around Mason/West Chester/ Cincinnati area

  Job Requirements

  In order to better server our clients, provide the quality services, our staff request to submit the following evidence and attend below trainings:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Have a valid Social Security Number
  • Have a State valid driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification
  • Background Check (BCII) or/and (FBI).
  • CPR Certificate (agency will help to pay)
  • First Aid Certificate (agency will help to pay)
  • OH DODD initial provider's 4.5 hours of online training.
  • Car insurance card and Car insurance policy documentation with coverage page
  • Resume and Reference list with at least 3 people
  • Voided check or Bank letter for payroll company setting up directly deposit
